Fatal industrial accident in Derbyshire
It is reported that a maintenance worker died last Friday in an industrial accident at the premises of Glossop Carton and Print Ltd in Padfield, Derbyshire.
The deceased suffered head injuries while undertaking maintenance work on equipment.
