Boy, 15, loses arm to butcher's meat mincing machine
A 15-year-old boy has lost his arm in an industrial accident at the Oldham retail premises of J&B Fitton Ltd at the weekend.
Surgeons removed the trapped arm below the elbow on site having no better option, officials of Oldham Council, the enforcing authority for health and safety, are investigating.
