Crane collapse kills 2 in London
A 50m-tall crane collapsed yesterday on a construction site in Battersea Park, London, killing 2 persons and slightly injuring another. One of the dead is said to be the crane operator, the other a resident nearby. The collapsed crane came to rest on a block of flats but no one inside is reported to be injured despite substantial damage.
