Permit to Work System
I work for a local authority as a Planning Supervisor and a department safety advisor.
We have a work authorisation permit in operation but it only covers authorisation to work in any of the councils premises.
I been tying to initiate a Permit to Work system for high risk activities. Management has agreed and Ive to draw up procedures and identify who the key players are to open the permit and make it live .
Does anyone have a policy/procedure with typical permit sheets I could adapt to our organisation or information on where it could be found.
