Partial collapse at New York tenement refurbishment site
The collapse of the upper floors of a New York tenement building during refurbishment work on Tuesday left one worker dead and 2 others injured, it appears that the top 3 floors of the 5-storey building on West 113th Street in Harlem gave way.
