Buenos Aires to clear sunken ships from waterways
Municipal authorities in Buenos Aires yesterday launched a programme to recover sunken boats from sections of the River Plate, it began with the refloating of a 30-metre long boat using pneumatic pontoons and submergible pumps in el Riachuelo at Pedro de Mendoza avenue in the city's La Boca barrio.
