Part-built structure collapse kills Indian builders
At least 7 Indian construction workers were killed and 27 injured yesterday when a 4-storey part-built structure in which they were sleeping collapsed on them in the Civil Lines district of Allahabad in north India, criminal proceedings are expected against the contractor.
