Mine dam fails in Brazil in adverse weather
The collapse of a mining dam in the southeast Brazilian state of Minas Gerais led to millions of litres of mud swamping the towns of Mirai and Muriae, 130 miles north of Rio, the mud would contain bauxite and aluminium sulphate residue.
