Empty lifeboats of missing Irish trawler found off Wexford
Severe weather conditions in the Irish Sea yesterday prevented navy divers joining the search for the missing crew of the trawler Pierre Charles which sank late on Wednesday 3 miles of Hook Island, Wexford.
Two empty lifeboats were found yesterday morning as well as other equipment form the trawler which worked out of Dunmore East and was crewed by 4 Irishmen and a Ukrainian.
