Bolivian air force plane comes down in vineyard, 8 dead
A desperate attempt at an emergency landing at a vineyard in southern Bolivia failed to save the lives of the 8 occupants of a Cessna TU210 aircraft of the Bolivian Air Force (Fuerza Aerea Boliviana) which crashed in Sunchuhuayco on Saturday.
The 50-minute flight had taken off from Bermejo but shortly before arrival at Oriel Lea Plaza airport in Tarijo contact with the plane was lost, it is speculated that technical problems forced the emergency landing attempt.
