Fatal accident at Daw Mill Colliery
man has died in an industrial accident while working at UK Coal Ltd's Daw Mill Colliery in Arley, West Midlands, the 3rd workplace death there since last June.
The accident occurred on Wednesday morning, reports state the deceased, who was not a UK Coal employee, died when a wall collapsed on him.
