Forklift crushes worker in Michigan warehouse
A temporary employee of Ace Packaging in Brownstown, southeast Michigan, has been crushed in a forklift accident, the victim was operating the forklift on a lorry trailer removing pallets when the vehicle began to move off, the forklift fell over the edge of the trailer, ejecting the operator who was subsequently crushed under the 2-tonne forklift.
