Rescuers reach alpine site of crashed aircraft from England
French mountain rescue teams on foot yesterday reached the site of the crashed Piper-Archer 34 light aircraft at an altitude of 1,700 metres on the Grand Veymont peak, the plane with 3 occupants was travelling from England to Cannes when it disappeared from radar on Saturday in the Isere/Drome region.
