Canadian steel cutter crushed in lathe accident
Alberta's Occupational Health and Safety agency is investigating the death of a 30-year old worker who was fatally injured while operating a steel-cutting lathe at Exchanger Industries in southeast Calgary, the victim was discovered by a colleague with his upper body trapped in the machinery.
