Falling load kills worker on Texan derrick after cable snaps
A Texan drilling platform worker has been killed after a cable lifting a 300mm casing failed and the casing struck the victim who was one of a crew of 4 on the Gray Wolf Rig, working some 50 miles northeast of Houston, off FM 770.
