Engineer killed during elevator maintenance at Japanese bakery
A lift engineer has been found dead at the weekend at a bakery factory in Hondori in Sapporo, Japan, the 48-year old victim having apparently become trapped between the wall of the shaft and the elevator cage during maintenance work.
