Sulphuric acid leakage at Belgian metal treatment company
A poorly connected valve is suspected as the cause of yesterday's leakage of 100K litres of diluted sulphuric acid from a tank at the metal treatment premises of Coil Anodizing in Landen in Belgium, the premises were evacuated during the handling of the incident and although the leakage spread beyond the premises no injuries were reported.
