Three painters dead in confined space incident in Singapore
Three painters died at the weekend in a suspected confined space incident while working under Choa Chu Kang Way bridge which spans a canal in Singapore.
Two bodies were discovered in the 0.6m-deep water, another on scaffolding, it is understood that the victims had earlier complained of feeling unwell while painting.
